In the coaching process, the client uses a coaching specialist, as a thinking partner, a structured guide. So how is this method superior to solving the same challenges on its own - after all, we all know how to think? The answer is simple - most of us tend to follow the so-called path - to go to the store on the same path, to celebrate the same holidays in the same way, to avoid the same challenges, to think in the usual patterns - which makes it difficult for everyone to get out of their own thinking orbit. A coaching specialist, observing your path from another coordinate point, can raise such questions that you never ask yourself, thus broadening your awareness of the situation, the field of vision of other possibilities. Maybe anyone can do it?
