Coaching
A conversation with a special structure, during which the client is encouraged to reflect in a structured way, to think, to find and overcome internal, external obstacles in order to achieve the set goals, to find their sources of power. The service usually consists of cycles of individual conversations, periods of cooperation. Coaching can be applied not only to an individual but also to a group.
Why think in pairs?
In the coaching process, the client uses a coaching specialist, as a thinking partner, a structured guide. So how is this method superior to solving the same challenges on its own - after all, we all know how to think? The answer is simple - most of us tend to follow the so-called path - to go to the store on the same path, to celebrate the same holidays in the same way, to avoid the same challenges, to think in the usual patterns - which makes it difficult for everyone to get out of their own thinking orbit. A coaching specialist, observing your path from another coordinate point, can raise such questions that you never ask yourself, thus broadening your awareness of the situation, the field of vision of other possibilities. Maybe anyone can do it? Seeing another person is always valuable - we all use it, but a coaching specialist knows people's thinking schemes, psychological regularities, has a number of professional competencies that enable to stimulate the client's thinking in the most appropriate way.
What percentage of your potential are you using? Can you do more?
The coaching relationship is based on an unconditional belief in the client’s potential. It encourages the client to make full use of their personal and professional opportunities, abilities and builds self-confidence. If twenty years ago coaching was mainly used to improve the characteristics of more understaffed employees in order to "pull" them to a higher level, today it is more often chosen to develop high-potential talents and to facilitate and accelerate their upward movement.
